COOKED-IN FILM HAVING IMPROVED SEAL STRENGTH

PURPOSE: To provide a multilayer cook-in film for obtaining an improved hot and cold heat seal by manufacturing a bag or packaging material. CONSTITUTION: The film comprises a first food contact layer adhering to a contained meat product during cook-in. The first layer preferably contains a lend of first and second polyamides together with a small amount of an antioxidant.
