PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce disconnection at the flexure of a wiring pattern for high reliability. SOLUTION: The pattern width at a bent part 4 of a wiring pattern 4 is larger than that at a wiring part 4b positioned near both its sides. So, even if a crack or the like occurs at the bent part 4a at print formation, no disconnection takes place because a remaining pattern is more than before for high reliability. |
