PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration allowing a high-speed data process including the specification of the specific data management element of a hierarchy structure when managing data with the hierarchy structure. SOLUTION: Coincidence conditions and hierarchy conditions are obtained by a retrieval condition analyzing means 21 from inputted retrieval conditions. A folder/document management means 22 retrieves an adaptive document or an adaptive folder from a document data file 31 or a folder data file 32 according to the retrieval conditions. A hierarchy data management means 23 obtains adaptive hierarchy information from a hierarchy structure data file 33 according to the hierarchy conditions. A retrieval condition integration means 24 selects the adaptive document or the adaptive folder according to the adaptive hierarchy information to display the selected document or the folder.
