The system encodes the PIN code using a biometric signal and stores it. The stored encoded PIN code can only be read out of the memory and decoded by using the same biometric signal. The memory for the encoded PIN code is stored in the secured access device. The biometric signal is produced by a fingerprint sensor (1).
