PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carburetor stabilizing fuel flow by making the total length of slow fuel line passage short and reducing the number of joint parts, and improving reliability by reducing icing and salting. SOLUTION: This carburetor is provided with a slow passage guiding fuel to an idle port 25 and a bypass port 26 opening to an upper wall surface of an intake passage 3 from a float chamber 6 below the intake passage 3. The slow passage is connected by a connecting pipe 23 disposed in the upstream side of a main nozzle and crossing the intake passage. Therefore, the total length of the slow fuel line passage is shortened and the number of the joint parts of the passage is reduced, which can stabilize the flow of slow fuel.
