PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide partition panels which can be easily installed without gaps between the panel and the ceiling and floor, and its installation method. SOLUTION: A partition panel 3 is equipped with a rectangular frame body 4 having an up-down length shorter than a distance between a floor surface 1 and a ceiling surface 2, a panel main body 6 equipped with face members 5a and 5b attached to both the surfaces of this frame body 4, and a fire-resistant member 7a attached in advance to one side of face member of the panel main body 6. And at the bottom portion of the panel main body 6, an adjusting piece 6 for moving the panel main body 6 up and down is provided. Also, by the adjusting piece 8, the partition panel 3 is brought into contact with the ceiling surface 2, stopping fasteners 12 are driven to the ceiling surface 2 and the floor surface 1 through a frame body 4 from a face member 5b to which no fire-resistant member 7b is attached.
