PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a building having optimum form and structure using a show-room or the like as application. SOLUTION: A core frame 10 installed to one side section in the span direction is used as a main earthquake-resistant element, a free space 5 can be ensured between a peripheral frame 11 mounted on the other side section in the span direction and the core frame 10 as a half external space, and a plurality of string beams 12 are built between the core frame and the peripheral frame at intervals and a roof covering the free space is secured. Wind-resistant elements 23 sharing blow-up wind load working to the roof are set up. A footing by the combination of piles, footing beams 31 and soil improvement bodies 32 is adopted. The free space can be drafted naturally, and an air-conditioning facility having constituting in which air conditioning is conducted by blowing off air supply into a room from the whole surface of a floor is fitted to a living room.
