PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation base material spraying plant that can continuously perform work from kneading and mixing a vegetation base material to spraying it. SOLUTION: This vegetation base material spraying plant 10 is composed of an biaxial mixer 3, a feeder 4 with a hopper, and a spray gun 5, and performs work from kneading and mixing the vegetation base material 8 to spraying it. In this case, the biaxial mixer 3, the feeder 4 with the hopper and the spray gun 5 are adjacently provided in an integral state. The vegetation base material spraying plant 10 is installed on the deck of a motor truck so as to be easily transportable.
