PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital loop carrier device that conducts interface conversion between a central office and an integrated access device in compliance with different interface standards. SOLUTION: The digital loop carrier device accommodates at least one of a phone, a MODEM and an ISDN as a subscriber, and the integrated access device mounted with a TR-008 (Telcordia) interface, conducts interface conversion between the TR-008 and the TR/GR-303 and connects the subscriber to the central office mounting the TR-303 or GR-303 interface.
