PURPOSE: An intelligent transportation network system based on the road reservation is provided to decrease the construction expense through the reduction of various kinds of hardware devices under the system by making a user previously reserve the road. CONSTITUTION: An ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) center(100) includes a road reservation part(200), an ID management part(300), a point management part(400), an electronic lottery management part(500), a driver position tracking part, the databases, an e-mail interface(800), a smart card interface(900), and a CNS(Car Navigation System)/wireless network interface(1000). The road reservation part treats and manages all data relating to the road reservation and includes a usable path calculation module(201) calculating the usable path based on a starting position, a destination and a waypoint inputted by a driver, an optimal path selection module(202) selecting the optimal path based on the road state data stored in the database(710) and a path display module(203) extracting the data displayed to a client.
