PURPOSE: A method for managing a memory on an execution mode is provided to use a device by allocating the memory dynamically in case that a new hardware device requiring the larger memory than the free memory is attached to a system on the execution mode. CONSTITUTION: After turning on the power of the system, a boot loader is started and is jumped to a start address of the memory. An operating system, a root file system and various kinds of application programs are loaded on the memory. At the operation mode, a device execution request having lager memory capacity than the free memory is checked. If the request is existed, the device requiring the large memory is operated by using the free memory remaining after temporally removing the device not operated by the system presently. After completing the operation, a module removed from the memory is loaded again and the device requiring the large memory is removed.
