PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a work to cover a seat back pad which is supported by a seat back frame with a trimmed cover and to close the cover in a short time so as to be assembling possible. SOLUTION: An upholster material 11 is sewed in a bag shape till a sewing end with an opening 13 which is positioned at the side of a bag mouth 12 in a bag longitudinal direction. Then a thin and long male fastener belt 16 is fitted to the upper superimposition margin to sew up 14 of the upholster material 11 from the bag mouth 12 to the sewing end with the opening 13 and also a thin and long female fastener belt 17 is fitted to the lower superimposition margin to sew up 15 of the upholster material 11.
