ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT AND ULTRASONIC IMAGE DATA PREPARATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and an ultrasonic image data preparation method capable of displaying a high-resolution image by precisely and easily setting a sound velocity value of a subject required by an electronic beam control. SOLUTION: A system control part 70 of this ultrasonic diagnostic equipment 100 sequentially updates a set sound velocity value while superimposedly displaying on a display part 60 two pieces of image data for preparatory image pickup which is obtained by an oblique scan from different directions (θ0 and -θ0) based on the preset sound velocity value. On the other hand, a delay time calculation part 75 calculates a delay time for deflecting an ultrasonic beam in the above directions using the updated set sound velocity value and controls the delay time of a transmission part 21 and a receiving part 23. This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment sequentially updates the set sound velocity value, sets the beam focusing delay time based on the set sound velocity value, when a deviation between the two images superimposedly displayed on the display part 60 becomes a minimum, and simultaneously performs the preparation and the display of the image data for the image pickup.
