<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a deep bass sound by a circuit which boosts the bass sound of an audio device, while securing the dynamic range. <P>SOLUTION: This low-pitched sound correcting circuit 1 has clip circuits 10 and 16, band-pass filters 12 and 18, and mixing circuits 14 and 20 for the L channel and the R channel respectively. The clip circuits 10 and 16 limit audio signals to a fixed level and the band-pass filters 12 and 18 extract low-frequency components and pass the fundamental waves generated by clipping the audio signals and secondary and tertiary higher harmonic components among higher harmonic components, to remove the higher harmonic components of intermediate and low frequency ranges.
