<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a registrar from falling into a congested state, due to transmission of a plurality of positional information items assigned to a VoIP gateway apparatus to the registrar. <P>SOLUTION: A VoIP gateway apparatus 1 includes a positional information storage section 106 for storing a plurality of the positional information items assigned thereto; a queue registration section 108 for registering the positional information items to a queue managing section 105; a queue extracting section 109 for extracting the positional information items from the queue managing section 105; and an SIP processing section 104 for transmitting a registration request of the extracted positional information items to a proxy server 3. Each time a prescribed time elapses, the queue extracting section 109 extracts the positional information items from the queue managing section 105. The queue registration section 108 manages the positional information items, whose registration request is transmitted in cross-reference with the retransmission time included, in response to the request, and detects the positional information items after a lapse of the re-transmission time included in the response, after the reception of the response to register the positional information items to the queue management section 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
