The invention relates to a tubular gas guiding or deflector element, which guides a gas from a gas generator to a gasbag and consists of at least two tissue layers. The use of said gas guiding or deflector element makes it possible, in any assembled state, to ensure shearing neutrality and, if necessary, a high resistance against flowing gas.
