<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make one robot efficiently execute work related to a plurality of works in parallel while acquiring the operating state of a production system as needed. <P>SOLUTION: The robot control device 10 comprises: an information collection part 18 collecting state information 16 showing the state of the working environment of a root in real time; a program selection part 20 selecting, based on the state information 16, a first executable program 12A satisfying a work starting condition 14; a processing part 11 performing execution processing of the first executable program 12A; and a program completion determination part 24 determining whether the processing part 22 completes the execution processing of the first executable program 12A or not.
