Cooperating male and female portions on the connection parts of the fastener are used to secure the bar to the window frame. The fastener comprises a first connection part having a body with sections designed to be inserted between the pane and a side of the window frame facing this pane, as well for gripping around the edge of this pane via a releasable snap-fit connection, and a second connection part for securing to the bar.
