<p>PURPOSE:To provide diagnosis with high reliability by performing the diagnosis based on the detection outputs of the state and nature of apparatuses constituting fluid circulation facilities. CONSTITUTION:In the circulation line of the circulation facility 1 of an atomic power plant, for example, the steam boiled from the pure water by a reactor core 61 in an atomic reactor 60 is liquefied by a condenser 68 after driving a turbine 67, it is converted into the pure water by a condensate demineralizer 69, then it is preheated by a water feed heater 69 then returned to the atomic reactor 60 by a water feed line 64. The pure water is returned to the atomic reactor 60 by a re-circulation system 62, and the purified 63 pure water is guided to the line 64. The vibration of the re- circulation system 62 is detected by a vibration detecting device provided on the facility 1 as the vibration of the facility apparatus itself then analyzed and inputted to an abnormality judging device 2. The stuck particulate materials are peeled off by the abnormal vibration, the circulation water with the increased number of particulate materials is detected 72 by a particulate material counting device 22 via a sampling line 9, signal-processed 73, and inputted to the device 2. The device 2 judges an abnormality based on the threshold value level from fluctuation values.</p> |
