发明名称 VIVI-IMPLANT MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a vivi-implant material having an adhesive force which is durable during use by-forming a flame-sprayed titanium layer as an intermediate bonding layer between a ceramic substrate and an apatite layer. CONSTITUTION:A substrate A for a vivi-implant material such as an artificial bone is composed of alumina single crystal or the like. Recesses B such as grooves or small holes are formed at least on the surface of the substrate A which is joined to a bone. The joint surface including recesses B is flame-coated thereover with titanium with the use of an arc flame-spraying process or the like, so as to form a titanium layer C. Further, the titanium layer C is coated thereover with a calcium phosphate group material such as hydroxyapatite or the like so as to form an apatite layer D in order to enhance an adhesive force. The thicknesses of these layers are determined in view of both function ability and spatial dimensions, and accordingly, the thickness of the titanium layer C is set in a range of 0.01 to 2.00mm, and that of the apatite layer D is set in a range of 0.05 to 1mm. Accordingly, a sufficient adhesive force may be obtained, and accordingly, it is possible to provide a vivi-implant material which is in-vivo stable and excellent.
