SOLAR COLLECTOR USING A LENSE AND A REFLECTION PLATE

A solar collector using a lens and a reflection plate is provided to collect solar light without loss, convert directly the collected light into heat, and store and transfer heat. A solar collector(100) includes a light collecting unit(110) and a spherical light receiving unit(120). The light collecting unit includes a lens(111) for collecting solar light onto a focus(F) thereof, and a reflection plate(112) which is positioned in the focal direction of the lens and inclined at a predetermined angle to change the focal direction of the lens. The spherical light receiving unit is arranged on a front surface of the reflection plate, and has a spherical space formed therein. The spherical light receiving unit has an opening(121) formed at the position which is corresponding to the focus of the lens having a direction changed by the reflection plate. The light collecting unit is rotatable about the opening of the spherical light receiving unit serving as an axis.
