A two-step slide structure is provided to remove abrasion and noise generated when the product is used for a long time by including the first and second guide rails and to reduce a noise generating when stopping the operation of the slide. A fixed member(10) includes side bent portions(11) formed by bending both sides upwardly, first guide rails(12) formed in an L shape as through holes at a central portion of the fixed member, and second guide rails(13) formed in an L shape as through holes at an inner side of the first guide rails. A slide member(20) includes side bent portions(21) formed by bending both sides downwardly, the first washer holes(22) formed at the side portions of the slide member, and second washer holes(23) formed at an inner side of the first washer holes. An elastic member(30) includes the first elastic unit(31) combined with the first guide rails and the first washer holes to ascend/descend the slide member, and a second elastic unit(32) combined with the second guide rails and the second washer holes to ascent/descend the slide member.
