A vermin exterminating apparatus is provided to remove the vermin by the rays with a wavelength that disturbs physiology of the vermin, and promote a reduced manufacture cost and convenient management. A vermin exterminating apparatus for effectively exterminating the vermin by radiating a ray harmless to animals and plants includes: a light source part(60) for radiating the rays of a wavelength that disturbs physiology of the vermin; and a control part(70) for controlling an operation of the light source part by being connected to the light source part. The rays of the light source part include a visible ray of at least any one series among blue and violet.
