<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safflower-colored fine particle suitable for the direct coating or printing on the surface of a food, an unprocessed food or a processed food, or coating or printing through a packaging material, etc., or on a material or a food packaging material, etc., which may contact with the food, and to provide a colored preparation produced by using the colored fine particle. <P>SOLUTION: The safflower-colored fine particle is produced by a step to extract a yellow pigment from a safflower petal and adsorb the safflower pigment to a cellulose particle having a D50 of 40-100 μm, a step to dry the adsorbed product and perform dry crushing and classification of the dried product, and a step to pass the crushed product through a mesh having a mesh opening of 35-10 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
