<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for regenerating printed waste paper in the first process for removing printed inks and in the second process for bleaching the paper. CONSTITUTION: This method for de-inking printed paper comprises the first process for disintegrating the printed waste paper into a suspension, removing 3 the inks and partially concentrating 5 the de-inked pulp, wherein the first process is carried out in a neutral or slightly acidic medium, and the second process for further removing 10 the inks and then again concentrating 12 the obtained pulp, wherein the second process is carried out in an alkaline medium by the addition of an alkaline chemical agent to a mixer 8.</p> |
