PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device capable of preventing turn of a pin fixed to a link. SOLUTION: The power transmission chain 1 comprises the plurality of links 11 having front and rear insertion portions 12, 13, the plurality of pins 14 and a plurality of inter pieces 15. A surface 14b opposite to a rolling contact surface 14a of at least the pin 14 out of the pin 14 and the inter piece 15 is formed with a projection 21, 25, 29 extending in a length direction of the pin 14.
