<p>Disclosed is a catalyst composition for production of a flexible or semi-rigid polyurethane foam having excellent air permeability. Also disclosed is a method for producing a polyurethane foam using such a catalyst composition. Specifically disclosed is a catalyst composition for production of a polyurethane foam, which is characterized by containing an amine compound (A) represented by the general formula (1) below and an amine compound (B) represented by the general formula (2) below and/or the general formula (3) below with the weight ratio (A)/(B) being within the range of from 95/5 to 5/95. (1) (In the general formula (1), A represents an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom to which one methyl group is bonded; and R<SUB>1</SUB> represents a methyl group or a hydroxyethyl group.) (2) (3) (In the general formula (2) and the general formula (3), R<SUB>1</SUB>, R<SUB>2</SUB>, R<SUB>3</SUB>, R<SUB>4</SUB>, R<SUB>5</SUB>, R<SUB>6</SUB> and R<SUB>7</SUB> independently represent a hydrogen atom or a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 1-6 carbon atoms; R<SUB>8</SUB> represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a methoxy group, a hydroxy group, an amino group, a monomethylamino group, a monoethylamino group or a dimethylamino group; a represents an integer of 1-4; and m and n independently represent an integer of 0-4. In this connection, when one or more substituents selected from R<SUB>1</SUB>, R<SUB>2</SUB> and R<SUB>5</SUB> are not hydrogen atoms, R<SUB>8</SUB> represents an amino group, a monomethylamino group or a monoethylamino group.
