<p>An anti-vibration system for a hydraulic breaker is provided to extend the service life of each damper remarkably by protecting each damper safely from frictional abrasion and frictional heat by impact vibration caused by using a hydraulic breaker, to absorb impact vibration of a hydraulic breaker and to reduce impact noise, to improve the efficiency of a hydraulic breaker and to extend the service life remarkably, and to prevent the vibration caused by the shaking of a breaker by installing a damper to support the upper, lower sides and the side of a breaker at the inside of a casing and installing variable dampers to the corresponding sides of the breaker. An anti-vibration system for a hydraulic breaker comprises a damper to support the upper, lower sides and the side of a breaker(200) at the inside of a casing(100). The damper is composed of a standard damper(330) and a variable damper(370), and the standard damper is installed to one of the upper, lower sides of the breaker and two of four sides respectively and made of steel to minimize friction, wherein the standard damper installed to the lower side of the breaker is made of urethane. The variable damper is installed to the corresponding sides to the standard damper and composed of a spacer member(373) made of nylon to minimize breakage and abrasion, a spacer device(375) to vary the spacer member and to supply elasticity and a fixing block(377), wherein the spacer device is composed of a check valve(375-1) and a fluid supplying hydraulic pressure and pneumatic pressure and providing directionality, a coil spring(375-5) and a control bolt to control the compressive force of the coil spring. The standard damper is installed at a certain distance from the side of the breaker to prevent movement, and the casing is supported by upper and lower covers(150,170), and a chisel(140) is connected to the breaker.</p> |
