A method for manufacturing an X-ray image detector using a silicone mold is provided to prevent loss of light of a scintillator and reduce joining error by combining a number of optical sensor with a unit pixel of a scintillator to correspond one to one. A method for manufacturing an X-ray image detector using a silicone mold comprises a step of manufacturing a silicon mold having a two-dimensional matrix type concave part; a step of filling a paste type scintillator(20) in a concave part of a silicon mold; a step of turning upside down a silicon mold in order for a scintillator and a optical sensor(42) to face each other one to one; a step of solidifying the scintillator by emitting ultraviolet ray from upward of the silicon mold; a step of removing the silicon mold; and a step of forming a reflector around the scintillator.
