A manufacturing method of eco-stone bioblock is provided to prevent crack by containing infrared radiation material inside using a water-soluble capsule and to have environment-friendly property useful to the human body. A manufacturing method of eco-stone bioblock comprises steps of: separating left/right capsules(40A,40B) of the water-soluble capsule(40), filling separated capsules with infrared radiation material(50) and assembling the capsule; evenly mixing each material in order to arrange water-soluble capsule in which the infrared radiation material is adopted inside the other materials; injecting other materials mixed with the water-soluble capsule inside the mold for the block crude, adding left and the right vibrations using vibrator to the mold(M) in which materials are inputted and planarizing a surface of base layer(12); injecting materials in which cement(33), aggregate(31), yellow soil, charcoal, pigment etc comprising the surface layer(14) in upper of the shaped base layer and adding vibration in order to integrate materials of the surface layer put into the mold with the base layer and pressing a press plate and forming a form of block; removing the mold after the block within the mold is shaped and drying the mold; processing a surface of the block cured and dried and processing the surface.
