摘要 A method for preparing a high strength steel polyethylene trilayered cladding tube is provided to improve strength and to allow it to be applied to a water supply pipe, etc. A method for preparing a high strength steel polyethylene trilayered cladding tube comprises the steps of supplying a plurality of circular wire(11) made of high strength steel to a guide stand(12); making the circular shape with the supplied wire; supplying a plurality of spiral wire(14) to the outer circumference of the circular supply wire in spiral way; welding them so as to integrate them; extruding polyethylene through a coating device installed in the inner circumference of the circular supply wire to mold an inner circumference coating part; extruding polyethylene through a coating device(25) installed in the outer circumference of the spiral supply wire to mold an outer circumference coating part(26); molding the inner and outer circumference coating parts and cooling it; and cutting the molded trilayered cladding tube by a length of 6 m.
