An interior panel for construction and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent pollution and to improve health, and to prevent the sick home syndrome caused by various poisonous substances when entering a new house by having excellent functions of far infrared ray emission, antibiosis and deodorization. A manufacturing method of an interior panel for construction comprises the steps of putting 20 weight percent additives selected among hard charcoal, tourmaline, germanium and loess together with 60 weight percent silicone, 10 weight percent sericite and 10 weight percent oil in a mixer, and mixing and ripening, and firing for 10 minutes using a hot press of 300 degrees centigrade.
