<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution system using an information communication network capable of distributing advertisement and collecting information immediately according to various markets where people gather in advertisement distribution using the information communication network. <P>SOLUTION: In the information communication network, a server device is installed in accordance with the distribution range of information data to be displayed on a network terminal display device, and the information data is distributed corresponding to the installation place of the network terminal display device from the server device. As described above, the information data can be distributed in accordance with various objects. The network terminal display device also has a function incorporated as a peripheral device, and the installation place is not limited. By incorporating cameras and various sensors in the network terminal display device and making them also serving as a crime prevention/disaster prevention system, an installation store can earn the profit of advertisement distribution and can cope with crime prevention and disaster prevention at the same time.
