<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of heating efficiency in accompany with a defrosting operation. <P>SOLUTION: In this heat pump control device comprising a heat pump for circulating a refrigerant and exchanging internal and external heats, and a storage battery for accumulating the external electric power supplied from the external, and controlling a power accumulating operation for accumulating the external electric power in the storage battery, a heat pump operation for operating the heat pump by the accumulated electric power accumulated in the battery and/or the external electric power, and the defrosting operation for eliminating frost attached to the heat pump during the heat pump operation, whether a situation needs the defrosting operation or not is detected during the heat pump operation, so that the heat pump operation is stopped, and the power accumulating operation is performed under a condition that the situation needing the defrosting operation is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
