<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drunk driving prevention apparatus for reducing the burden of a driver in a breathalyzer test. <P>SOLUTION: The drunk driving prevention apparatus 1 comprises an ECU 2 for controlling an actuation unit 5, in which an ignition sensor 3, and a drinking detection sensor 4 are connected to the ECU 2. The ECU 2 comprises a breathalyzing unit 10, a route history acquiring unit 11, a threshold value setting unit 12, and a threshold value table 13. The route history acquiring unit 11 downloads route history from a storing unit 9 of a mobile terminal 6, and the threshold value setting unit 12 determines drinking possibility of the driver based on the route history. Then the threshold value setting unit 12 sets a threshold value for determining drinking at the breathalyzing unit 10 based on the determination result of the drinking possibility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
