MEMORY CARD AND ADAPTER FOR CARD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper installation to a connector device for a memory card of a standard size even when an adapter for the card is installed, while preventing a situation where the card single body is inserted reversely to a card slot.

SOLUTION: This memory card 100 miniaturized as compared to a memory card of the standard size has: a reverse insertion prevention mechanism 102 preventing the insertion reversed to the card slot by a protrusion part protruding outside the memory card 100; and a drive mechanism 103 moving the protrusion part inside the memory card 100 to make a reverse insertion prevention function of the reverse insertion prevention mechanism 102 in a release state.
