A driving integrated circuit for a display device, the display device having the same, and a setting data program method are provided to facilitate access to data stored in registers by serially outputting data stored in the registers through one output terminal. A driving integrated circuit(210) drives the device by suing a command signal, data, and a clock signal provided from an external main processor(100). A panel(220) displays the image under the control of the driving integrated circuit. A nonvolatile memory(230) stores setting data obtained through a test process of a display device(200) and is arranged outside the driving integrated circuit. A register block(211) temporarily stores data provided from the outside and includes one register or more arranged in series. The register block shifts and outputs the data stored in each register for a section to program the setting data in the nonvolatile memory.
