PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program reception apparatus capable of starting execution even when only a part of a necessary program is received.

SOLUTION: When one program is divided into a plurality of partial programs and transmitted from the program transmitter, and if the necessary partial program is received, the partial program is executed. When it is detected that the execution must be continued from one partial program to another partial program, the other partial program is executed, if the other partial program is received.
