FIELD: wine-making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wine-making, namely to the devices for bentonite slurry preparation. The latter is used to process wort, wine stock and juices in order to clarify and stabilise them. The device consists of a reservoir with cone bottom, a discharge nozzle and a mixer, installed onto a frame, a cylindrical stator with tangent output and axial input nozzles and a disc rotor with blades, installed onto driving shaft inside the stator. The stator is fixed onto the frame, its input nozzle is connected to the discharge nozzle of the reservoir. Output nozzle of the stator is of tangent shape. It is connected to the upper part of the reservoir to form a circulating contour. The stator is equipped with blades in the shape of circular ring with radial grooves; the rotor blades contain circular arc-wise grooves, made coaxial to the driving shaft. These grooves host stator blades, installed with certain clearance. ^ EFFECT: invention allows for device construction facilitation, decrease of metal and energy consumption, decrease of slurry production time and provision of quick clarification for the product processed. ^ 2 dwg |
