FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology. Over area of knee joint medial retinaculum disruption, under arthroscopic control, double sutural thread is passed. Three transcutaneous sutures are applied on region of capsule disruption with obligatory capture by all sutures of subcutaneously passed sutural thread. Sutures are tightened subcutaneously which helps to attain closure of capsule disruption and strong fixation of sutural thread. On poplite midline, downward, vertical canal in patella is formed, into which lateral end of sutural thread is passed. Thread is taken out near patella apex, medial end of sutural thread is passed subcutaneously to patella apex. Both ends of thread are tightened. Ends of sutural thread are tied with each other by means of interrupted sutures with subcutaneous submergence of nodes in position of medial patella deviation and complete extension in knee joint to patellofemoral articulation congruence. ^ EFFECT: recovering anatomicity and biomechanics of medial dynamic stabiliser of patella mvastus medialis obliquus, reduction of traumaticity, ensuring visual control over operation stages. ^ 3 dwg, 2 ex |
