SWITCHING CIRCUIT FOR MILLIMETER WAVE BAND APPLICATIONS

A switching circuit for a control circuit of a millimeter wave band is provided to improve isolation by simplifying a circuit design and a layout by a symmetrical structure of a switch cell. A switching circuit(100) for a control circuit of a millimeter wave band includes switch cells(110,120), capacitors(140,150), and bias pads(105,106). The switch cells are arranged on a signal port route. The switch cells are matched in a concern frequency. The switch cells include one or more transistors and a plurality of ground via holes. The transistors are vertically connected to an input/output transmission line. A plurality of ground via holes is symmetrically arranged in a top part and a bottom part of the input/output transmission line. The capacitors are used for a bias stabilization of the switch cells. The bias pads are parallel connected to the capacitors in order to control the switch cells.
