A pem nut is provided to prevent short of a circuit from being generated by preventing the generation of metal powder. A pem nut is composed of a hollow cylindrical body unit whose one side is opened, a nut fixing unit(120) formed integrally on the upper part of the body unit, and a nut(130) fixed within the nut fixing unit. A through-hole(121) is formed in the nut fixing unit. The body unit is divided into left and right body units by a dividing groove(140). A tapered surface is formed at the lower part of left and right body units. A bent groove(150) is formed in the outer lower part of the left and right body unit. First and second distortion space units(133) are formed in the inside and outside of the nut.
