A pressure control valve of an oil pump for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage to a pump when operating at high relief pressure for long time and suppress the noise of the pump in the full turn of a steering wheel. A pressure control valve of an oil pump for a vehicle comprises a relief valve(16) being installed inside a valve supporting body(11) formed inside the flow path of a valve body(10). The relief valve is supported by a relief spring(12) and opens and closes an orifice passage hole(15) connected to a high pressure part(13) and a low pressure part(14). The backend of the relief spring is supported on the rod of the solenoid cylinder(17). The configuration pressure of the relief valve is increased or decreased by varying the load of the relief spring according to the operation of the solenoid cylinder.
