An integrated measuring device for engine valve is provided to perform washing and drying, run out test, and leakage measurement of an engine valve consecutively in a single device. An integrated measuring device for engine valve comprises a valve feed unit(10) supplying an engine valve to a standby unit(12), a washer(20) including a rotational plate, a run out test unit(30) supplying the engine valve to a run out tester in order to test the run-out, a supply guide unit(40) including an operation platform equipped with suction units, a leak measuring unit(50) supplying the engine valve to inspect the electric field, and a selective eject unit(60) ejecting the engine valve inspected in the leak measuring unit.
