A board with embossing pattern for construction and a manufacturing apparatus and method thereof are provided to form the embossing pattern on the board without using embossing-patterned fabric, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. A manufacturing apparatus of a board with embossing pattern for construction comprises an adhesive application unit(30) which is formed on one side of a production line, in which an unprocessed primary board is processed into a secondary board(20), in order to coat one side surface of the primary board with an adhesive; a fabric supply/adhesion unit(40) which is arranged after the adhesive application unit in the production line to supply and attach fabric(21) to the surface of the primary board, an embossing pattern forming unit(60) which is arranged after the fabric supply/adhesion unit in the production line to press the fabric surface before the adhesive is completely hardened in order to shape an embossing pattern on the fabric surface, and a protection film adhesion unit(50) which is arranged between the fabric supply/adhesion unit and the embossing pattern forming unit to attach a protection film(23) on the fabric surface.
