ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

Artificial leather and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to prevent degradation of tactility, the outward appearance, and rubbing duration etc by removing a separate process adding fire retardant characteristic after dyeing. Artificial leather has ultrafine fibers of which mono fineness is 0.001~0.3 denier in non-woven. An elastomer has structure in which a phosphate ester-based fire retardant is contained. The content of the phosphorus is 4,500~15,000ppm. The elongation is 120mm or less. A combustibility evaluation result by a FMVSS-302 method is 50mm/minutes or less.
