A fluid transfer pump is provided to improve abrasion resistance by sealing internal fluid through an improved structure of an inner O-ring and improving motor axis packing supporting a motor shaft. A fluid transfer pump comprises a lower body(10), an intermediate body(20), an upper cover(30), an O-ring(100) and a motor shaft packing(200). The lower body is coupled with a rotary shaft(400) of a motor. The intermediate body comprises a liquid transfer gear. The internal tightness is maintained by coupling the upper cover with the intermediate body through a flange. The O-ring is inserted into a flange part coupling the upper cover and the intermediate body. The cross section of the O-ring has a cross structure. The cross wing part compressed in the flange part is formed of a thin film.
