<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure the velocity of a moving object in vivo, especially the velocity of the blood flow in vivo. <P>SOLUTION: The method for observing the living body comprises an image acquisition step S2 for acquiring a plurality of images of the moving object in vivo at different times in the same visual field; an image composing step S4 for composing a projection image by superimposing the plurality of images acquired in the image acquisition step S2; a detection step S5 for detecting the moving object from the projection image composed in the image composing step S4; a measuring step S6 for measuring the distance between the moving objects detected in the detection step S5; and a computing step S7 for computing the velocity of the moving object based on the distance measured in the measuring step S6 and the time when the image is acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
