PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily load setting information personalized for each user in detention printing.SOLUTION: An MFP having received a specified detention print job specifies a job ID and a user (S902), and accumulates the specified detention print job (S903). Then the MFP transmits a request for setting information to a setting information management server together with the specified user name and an MFP name (S904). At the request, the setting information management server transmits setting information corresponding to the user to the MFP. The MFP receives and saves the setting information (S905). When the user logs in the MFP so as to execute the detention print job, setting information on the user which is already saved is loaded and applied to the detention print job to be executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
