摘要 Provided is a temperature detecting device capable of preventing a holder from being stuck due to oil stuck to a supporting pipe or soup boiled over. A ring-shaped guide member is inserted into a lower part of the cylindrical holder, and the supporting pipe is penetrated through the guide member at the same time. The guide member slides along the supporting pipe, thereby guiding the vertical movement of the holder. Multiple protrusions coming into line-contact with either an inner circumference of the guide member or an outer circumference of the supporting pipe in a vertical direction are formed in the rest one of the inner circumference of the guide member and the outer circumference of the supporting pipe. According to this, a contact area due to oil attached to the supporting pipe or soul boiled over is remarkably reduced in comparison with a case in which the inner circumference of the guiding member and the outer circumference of the supporting pipe come into face-contact with the multiple protrusions, as the inner circumference of the guiding member and the outer circumference of the supporting pipe come into line-contact with the multiple protrusions. In addition, the temperature detecting device is capable of preventing the holder from being stuck, as the guide member is hardly attached to the supporting pipe.
